Romania Youth Leadership Forum - LIVE

Between 25 ^th and 29 ^th of November, Amara will be the host of 500 young students, Partner Companies’ Representatives, International young AIESEC leaders of the organization and AIESEC Alumni. This national conference is going to shake people’s personal vision through the experiences that it is going to offer in what it regards the trainings received, the ideas that come out of the debates as well as the fun part. International experience, an unique  learning environment, friends all over the country …all these are components that make an AIESEC conference be the best choice for the development of young people.

This conference is usually addressed to the newer as well as older AIESEC members and to the members that are searching for a suitable international internship in one of the 107 countries.

Romania Youth Leadership Forum will bring together not only AIESEC members but it will also connect them with representatives of the business environment:  Stefan Palarie from Interact, Gabi Radu from TMI Romania, Adela Jansen from BRD Romania and Iulian Olariu from Human Invest are a few important names of the people  that will deliver trainings to the delegates and support the organization in order  to realize a successful conference. Themes like: Networking, Communication skills, Self Management, Task Management,  Personal Development, Presentation Skills, Building a strategy, Planning and tracking, Engaging the team, will be approached in order to offer the delegates a great experience of development.

AIESEC Iasi together with AIESEC Galati and AIESEC Constanta are the local committees that watched over the organization of this year’s conference offering it a new and exciting look and taking care of the arrangements needed to be done in order to ensure the well-being of the participants.
