There are a lot of countries out there that are known for highest quality and efficiency. A lot of countries have brought up important people and helped to in shape the world to what it is today. However, not many countries in this world have a history that influenced global politics in a similar manner or shaped attitude and behaviour for millions of people on this planet.

Germany today is a land that is more than ever riding the wave of the spirits of invention and technology. Inventions like the television set and the Diesel engine have only been the first step into an age dominated by complex algorithms, revolutionary technologies for production manufacturing and design and a human centred working ethic.

 

AIESEC in Romania is very proud to announce a partnership between Germany and Romania that will enable 70 students (both bachelor and master) to live an experience of six months in Germany.

 

If you are a student and are able to communicate in German both spoken and written you have two options to shape your future while spending an amazing six months in the country between 2 seas and the Alps.

 

Discover Deutschland – There is no speed limit on the highway to success program


This program is for students of business, finance, marketing and management and allows you to look behind the curtains of German corporate life.  You will be working in a company in one of about 45 cities being paid a minimum of 650 Euros. On top of having the chance to improve and develop yourself academically, you can use this traineeship to kick off your career in your field of interest. You can either leave in the period from January to March or from April to July, according to your preference.

This program offers you an opportunity to experience work and life in the heart of Europe from the perspective of an engineer. If you study mechanical engineering, this is the chance you have been waiting for. The program starts in January and takes 6 months. You will not only deepen your skills and language level but also you will be able to set the base of a very strong business connection.

 

AIESEC will support you with our network of about 23000 volunteers worldwide not only with preparation, bridging the gap to Romania once you have entered another culture, the reintegration process, but also in finding cheap flights, doing paper work cultural information and preparation.

 

Upon your arrival in Germany, our counterparts from the local committees there will provide you with all the information you need. Our network will enable you to accelerate your integration into your new environment. Also AIESEC in Germany will find you accommodation and will be your ‘helping hand’ when talking to authorities or legal institutions of any kind.

 


All AIESEC Exchange programs require a certain amount of ‘AIESEC experience’. AIESEC experience is a quality standard that we as an organization have given to ourselves worldwide. Our partner countries expect that a trainee in their country knows about AIESEC, its structures and ways of working. If you have never heard of this before, do not worry. After your recruitment until you leave you will have plenty of time to accumulate the required experience by participation in events and involvement in local activities.
