More than 60 years of growing young high potential people around the world and a number of 40 000 Alumni, place AIESEC as the number 1 choice of activating leadership among Student NGOs . Each year, members take around 7,700 leadership roles involved in running AIESEC, as well as trainings in soft skills and functional areas in over 470 conferences and thousands of activities each year.
What differentiates our organization from other youth entities is the Internationalism that is present in our everyday activities.
AIESEC is about people and the interactions between them. AIESEC in Romania has long been recognized for its very welcoming environment for the young students that came to live a cultural experience here, either through the Global Internships Program or just as delegates at the International Conferences we organized.
